Great experience with our local Kia dealer. Nick, the salesperson, was extremely helpful, knowledgable, and friendly without being at all "pushy". The leasing financial papers were handled well, efficiently and, again, he did not pressure us to buy add-ons, but did explain a couple of them, one of which we decided to go with. Overall an excellent experiend!
I needed maintenance to my vehicle. The staff was extremely nice and extended courtesy to my child. They understood my time constraint and reached out to me with different types of support for transportation. The service was completed earlier than the time I thought and my vehicle was delivered back washed. Fantastic!
