I had a pleasant experience buying my shower curtain and comforter here. The staff, especially Amanda (who let me buy the display curtain), made sure I had what I needed. I was impressed to see that bedding was arranged by size and not just dumped into random sections. The selection was excellent and the prices were decent for the quality of the merchandise. The only suggestion I have for improvement is to make the aisles a bit wider; it's hard to navigate a cart in some sections. Otherwise, this is a great place to purchase home decor.

The manager was very rude to a customer. I saw a customer returning an item at customer service and as he left I heard the manager mumble a racist term under his breath. Hasn't been the only time I've seen him being rude to customers.
BB&B always has a great selection of kitchen and household items. The prices aren't too bad to start with, but using a $5.00 or 20% off coupon is the game changer. AND, their customer service is impeachable!
