horrible service from secretary

The office managers in a few cases I've had make decisions for the doctors without speaking directly to the doctors. I've asked to speak to my family doctor, that I've been seeing for the past four years and Robin said she was going to speak with him and when I go into the office to speak with him he said that he wasn't spoken to in regards to this situation. Also, my insurances have been over billed, saying the visit with the doctor was over twenty mins when I am only spending five mins with the doctor. I am having my insurance do an audit on this office. Check your charges, mine were extremely inconsistent.
