This by far is the best Christmas Tree shop. Large selection compared to the other stores in the area. Great for seasonal items and decorations at a low price. They also have good kitchen items similar selection to what you would find at a home goods (discontinued brands name items). Also a good selection of beauty products and toiletries.
Like most of the stores, they needed more help on the floor. I was a little disappointed and sadden at the same time for the cashier as she tried to save face when in the position to add money handed to her. She could not figure out how much cash money the customer gave her for a purchase. She then tried to make up a price for me and I politely asked for a manager, who in turn sent a representative from that department. He never went to check the price because there was nothing back there to check it against, and in frustration, said give it to her for the price that is on it. Wow, that was all I wanted, it had the price on it...okay that was a no brainer...That was the cashier trying to make something out of nothing. Other then that its a great store, they stock a lot of items you can not get everywhere. The store was messy that day, however the representative that waited on us was great. He was patient and kind even when he was approached from other customers needing help. The store is always busy.
Always find something here. Lines can be long at times but they open registers when they can to work them down. Can find some good deals on certain items.
What's great about this place is that the variety of items is so fantastic, and it's all quality stuff. Imagine if Pier 1 and Michael's collided and had a seasonally based baby store - this is it. On top of that, everything is so incredibly well priced, and they are constantly having sales. It's so easy to go in planning to get one $30 item and walk out with hundreds of dollars of things but not feel an ounce of regret. I can drop a ton in the food section alone.
So check this place out, because I'm sure you'll become as loyal of a customer as we are!
One of my favorite stores. I can always find something for decorating, holiday festivities, and general decor. It is a nice mix of affordable items, changing holiday decor, and snacks I somehow always manage to purchase.
My partner and I have been shopping here as far back as 5 years, but became frequent and loyal customers around 2 years ago when it was beach season and we needed to buy a LOT of stuff for a party/outing. It occurred to us to check in and see what we could find here and we walked out with well over $500 worth of merchandise that day.
The staff is always really super too, and I can also say that if you were to ever encounter an issue with an item or experience, you can contact customer service and you will be sorted out with professionalism and kindness, ASAP.
