We recently just moved, leaving us to have to switch to a new Banfield closer to our new home. In doing so, we would have loved the opportunity to meet our dog's new doctor and staff, giving us the ability to know how devoted and dedicated they would be to Anakin's well being. However, due to Banfield's drop off only policy, this makes it difficult.

Upon arriving to Banfield, the young woman who took Anakin in at 8:50AM this Saturday, 11/25/2017, was very rude and came off as miserable. We brought a stool sample, as our previous Banfield always asked of us, and she was clearly surprised and irritated in our doing so.

When Anakin was brought out to us, the same young lady that was there for drop off brought him out, and visibly yanked at Anakin and rolled her eyes as he was happy to see us and had to pee very badly from being locked up for the few hours he was there. She then continued to provide us with more attitude as she handed our Golden Retriever's leash back to us, cementing our decision on the spot to discontinue our business with Banfield.

This banfield was able to fit me in last minute to say goodbye to my pet. I am from Massachusetts Banfield and travelled here for thanksgiving when my dog took a turn for the worst. They were so caring and accomodating.

Thought I would switch from my current Vet for convenience. Tried to make a wellness appointment for vaccines and was told there was a 2 and half week wait. Not a good first impression, zero chance of acquiring me as new customer.

We take both our puppies there and have had amazing caring experiences each time. Puppies are well cared for and never fearful of walking into the office! We love our vet team!
