I was in the midst of moving on a tight deadline and cancelled a previous furniture order with another store as Bob’s seemed able to accommodate my delivery date needs perfectly. I received my delivery and order confirmations by email, text, and phone calls for the date they originally stated. When I arrived to my new home, I was unable to track my order. After speaking with someone in the store, I discovered my order was delayed by 3 weeks. However, I received delivery confirmation twice the day before and no notification of the change in schedule. This caused a major disruption to my move as I had absolutely no furnishings. I offered to pick up my order from the store and rent a truck, but the furniture was not even available in the region. I opted to cancel my order and expect a full refund.
We had a great experience at Bob's in Wilmington DE. This review is based off of our experience looking and purchasing furniture because we will receive our furniture next week. When we walked in, we were greeted by Wesley! He explained certain aspect about Bobs furniture (pricing, goof proof and set-up of the store) and then explained he would let us roam on our own and he would always be available for questions. He lived up to this! He let us roam without any pressure and when I had a question, he was right there to explain in perfect detail. We ended up purchasing a dining set and dresser/chest/nightstands. We loved the quality and price! Wesley made the process easier for us setting up the payment plan and delivery! I would 100% go back!

Once we selected what we wanted, we had several different pricing/financing scenarios we ran past him. He did whatever he could to help us make the best decision for us. He didn’t pressure us in to anything, was extremely knowledgeable, and incredibly pleasant to work with. This Bob’s has won our future business and referrals. Thank you, Wes!!
I had a terrific experience at Bob's and I owe it to Wesley Garnett! He immediately greeted me as I perused the bedroom furniture and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the furniture that I was interested in purchasing. Wes was never pushy, but instead patient, kind, personable, and professional while I decided on my purchase. I am excited for my new furniture to arrive and looking forward to doing more business with Bob's in the future!
This was my Best experience ever at purchasing furniture, thanks Bob Romei (sales representative). The deliverymen where true professionals and friendly, they are all about the customer. These guys are great representatives for Bob’s Furniture. My delivery arrived early, the assembly was completed in minutes, and the guys reviewed the operations of our new bed (great value). Thanks for a wonderful experience and best of all a good night sleep.
