the worst customer service, you will wait for your order and then once it arrives it would be out of date. 6 months still waiting! stay away! they get their commission and forget about you!
Unfortunately I can't give Thomasville, Wilmington, DE even 1 star. Their service is really poor. I ordered furniture on May 8- and I was told that delivery would be approximately 8-10 weeks. Looks like best case will be 3-4 months. I would not recommend buying furniture from Thomasville.
Buying the set was easy - the sales rep was very friendly & attentive - then they cashed our deposit check and we have been struggling to get answers on estimate time of delivery as well as if the products are even IN or on back order. I have never EVER experienced such POOR customer service & follow up after the sale in my life and we haven't even GOTTEN our furniture yet. Our sales rep has no answers, the mgr and regional mgr has no answers, customer service has no answers and magically there is no higher up to get answers from. Only excuses. If it wasn't for the fact of how much we love the set - we would take our business elsewhere. I would never recommend doing business with this store ever & will never buy a thing from them again.
Don't hate. Prices too high no cool selection
We had been looking for a dining room set for about 4 years. Found a set that we loved at Thomasville that was out of our price range but we decided to bite the bullet & save the money.
This store is a sham. My girlfriend's family ordered furniture here in October and placed a deposit immediately. The furniture was supposed to arrive in 4-6 weeks and it is now late January and it still hasn't arrived. The store and corporate customer service has been pathetic, unhelpful and downright ignorant. Constant delays and unknowledgable salespeople have completely ruined the purchasing process. Stay far away from this place. It's simply not worth the time and hassle.
